80+ automations delivered. WordPress connected to the business systems your team already uses - without the manual work that is currently wasting someone's day.
Discovery and Workflow Mapping
We document every manual process that automation will replace. Inputs, outputs, edge cases, error conditions, and volume expectations. This document is the foundation of the build - no automation is scoped without it.
Staging Build and Validation
Every workflow is built and tested in a staging environment that mirrors production. Your IT team can review before anything goes live. Critical paths are tested with real data, not synthetic test payloads.
Production Deployment and Handover
Deployment follows the same Git-based workflow used across all my enterprise engagements. Documented, reversible, reviewed. Every workflow is documented so your internal team or next developer can understand and maintain it.
Ongoing Monitoring and Retainer
Month-to-month. No lock-in. Covers monitoring, workflow updates triggered by upstream API changes, new automation builds, and priority support. You earn the renewal.
Manual Processes Are the Most Expensive Thing on Your WordPress Site
A form submission arrives, someone copies it into a spreadsheet. A WooCommerce order completes, someone emails the warehouse. A lead comes in, someone manually creates a CRM contact. That someone is a staff member whose time costs you money every time they touch a keyboard for a task a properly configured system handles in under two seconds.
n8n Is Not Consumer Automation - It Is Enterprise Infrastructure
n8n is the automation platform chosen by teams that have outgrown Zapier's limitations and cannot accept the data privacy tradeoffs that come with routing sensitive business data through third-party servers. It runs on your infrastructure. It handles complex conditional logic and custom API connections that consumer tools cannot. Your data stays where it belongs.
PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 Make Self-Hosted Automation a Compliance Requirement
For organizations with PIPEDA obligations or Quebec Law 25 requirements, routing automation through Zapier or Make creates a third-party data processor relationship that triggers Canadian privacy law obligations. n8n deployed on your own infrastructure eliminates that exposure entirely. This is not a preference for enterprise organizations in Canada - it is the correct answer.
WooCommerce at Scale Cannot Be Managed Manually
Order fulfillment notifications, inventory alerts, customer segmentation, loyalty tier updates, abandoned cart sequences, post-purchase review requests - each is a workflow, and each is a candidate for automation. The result is not just time saved. It is a store that operates at a level of responsiveness that a manually managed operation cannot match at any staffing level.
The Amazon Personalize WooCommerce Integration - What Real Automation Engineering Looks Like
I built the WooCommerce integration for Amazon Personalize - AWS-powered AI product recommendations directly inside WordPress - contracted by WP Engine and presented at their Decode 2021 conference with AWS. No competitor has shipped that integration. That is the level of automation engineering applied to every client engagement.
Automation That Compounds - Not a One-Time Project
The first automation builds a foundation. The second connects the systems the first one exposed. The third eliminates the manual step the first two revealed. Organizations that approach automation as infrastructure - not a one-off fix - consistently find that each engagement enables the next. The 80+ automations I have delivered for clients did not happen in isolation.
Every manual process that automation will replace is documented first: inputs, outputs, edge cases, error conditions, and volume expectations. This is where most automation projects fail - insufficient discovery. I do not build until I understand every branch of the workflow.
Every workflow is built and tested in a staging environment that mirrors production. Your IT team can review before anything goes live. The same security and staging standards applied to Munich Re deliverables apply to every automation build.
Deployment follows the same Git-based workflow used across all my enterprise engagements. Documented, reversible, reviewed. Not a click-and-deploy from a SaaS dashboard.
Every workflow is documented so your internal team or next developer can understand, maintain, and extend it. The documentation is written for a developer who has never seen the system before - not dependent on me remaining involved.
6-month minimum. After that, month-to-month. Covers workflow monitoring, updates triggered by upstream API changes, new automation builds, and priority support when something breaks. You earn the renewal - I do not bill for inactivity.
PIPEDA obligations, Quebec Law 25 requirements, and internal IT security policies are addressed at the architecture level - not after the IT team raises the question. Canadian compliance expertise built in from the start, not bolted on.
WordPress connected to the systems your business runs on:
CRM Integration

Slack, Microsoft Teams, email - the right team member gets the right alert at the right time without checking a dashboard.
Accounting and Finance
QuickBooks, Xero - WooCommerce transactions, invoices, and payment events synchronized without manual data entry.
Marketing Automation
Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, and custom sequences triggered by WordPress and WooCommerce events.
n8n Hosting and Management
I can host and manage n8n on your behalf as part of a monthly retainer, or deploy it on your infrastructure with full handover documentation.
Custom API Connections
Any system that exposes a REST API or webhook endpoint - including internal custom systems - can be connected.
WooCommerce Operational Automation
Fulfillment notifications, inventory alerts, loyalty tier updates, abandoned cart sequences, post-purchase review requests - the operational layer that keeps the store running.
Editorial and Content Workflow Automation
Publish triggers, approval notifications, content calendar synchronization, and AI-assisted content pipeline automation.
WP Engine contracted me to build the WooCommerce integration for Amazon Personalize - the same machine learning recommendation engine used by Amazon.com. The plugin was presented at WP Engine's partner summit and listed in their Solution Center as a featured integration.
The integration required a data pipeline from WooCommerce purchase history into Amazon Personalize, a real-time inference API call at product display time, and fallback logic for when the recommendation service had insufficient data to make a call.
That is the difference between configuring a Zapier trigger and building an automation that is production-grade, enterprise-contracted, and publicly listed as a featured solution.
Zapier works for simple, low-volume, non-sensitive workflows between consumer tools. Enterprise organizations face constraints Zapier cannot satisfy.
For organizations with PIPEDA obligations, Quebec Law 25 requirements, or internal IT security policies, routing automation through Zapier creates a third-party data processor relationship that triggers Canadian privacy law obligations. n8n deployed on your own infrastructure eliminates that exposure. The data never leaves your environment.
n8n also handles the automation complexity that enterprise workflows require: conditional logic with multiple branches, error handling with retry mechanisms, webhook security, and custom API authentication patterns. The gap between what consumer automation tools can do and what enterprise workflows require is real - and it shows up in production, not in a demo.
Enterprise organizations: membership status changes trigger access control updates and billing notifications in the same second. Content publishing events sync to distribution systems. Form submissions route to CRM, Slack, and email sequences simultaneously - without human coordination.
WooCommerce stores: order fulfillment, inventory alerts, loyalty tier management, and post-purchase sequences run without staff intervention. The store operates at a level of responsiveness that manual processes cannot match at any staffing level.
Digital agencies: uptime alerts, monthly performance reports, and WordPress update schedules automated across an entire client portfolio. The reporting and coordination work that currently grows linearly with each new client becomes fixed overhead.
Toronto's enterprise market - financial services, insurance, government, media - operates under Canadian privacy law constraints that most US-based automation developers have never navigated. PIPEDA, CASL, and Quebec Law 25 are not GDPR. They are a distinct framework with different obligations, different breach notification timelines, and different consent standards.
I have delivered automation under these constraints for Great-West Life, the Ministry of Education Ontario, and Rogers. The compliance requirements were in scope from discovery - not raised after IT review flagged the data processor relationship your Zapier account created.
For Toronto organizations, automation architecture is a compliance decision, not just an efficiency one. I build it that way from the start.
n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform that can be self-hosted on your own infrastructure. For enterprise organizations in Canada, this matters because your business data - form submissions, CRM records, order data, user information - never leaves your environment. Zapier and Make route data through their servers, which creates a third-party data processor relationship that triggers PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 obligations. n8n eliminates that exposure. It also handles complex conditional logic, error handling, and custom API connections that consumer automation tools cannot.
WordPress automation plugins connect WordPress actions to other WordPress features. n8n connects WordPress to any external system - your CRM, your ERP, your communication platform, your reporting tools, your custom internal APIs. The scope is completely different. A plugin handles what happens inside WordPress. n8n handles what happens between WordPress and the rest of your business.
No. I can host and manage n8n on your behalf as part of a monthly retainer, or I can deploy it on your infrastructure and hand over documentation so your internal team can manage it. Both options exist. The documentation you receive is written for a developer who has never seen the system before - it is not dependent on me remaining involved.
Any system that exposes an API - which is most modern business software. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, custom internal APIs, and any REST or webhook-based endpoint. If it has an API, it can be connected.
A single well-defined workflow - for example, connecting a WordPress form to a CRM with a Slack notification - typically takes one to two weeks including staging validation and documentation. Complex multi-workflow engagements with conditional logic and multiple system integrations are scoped individually after the discovery session.
Yes. The majority of my enterprise work is delivered remotely. Toronto-based clients have the option of in-person discovery sessions. Canadian compliance expertise - PIPEDA, CASL, Quebec Law 25 - applies nationally.
80+ automations delivered. Enterprise standards applied to every workflow. Canadian compliance expertise built in - not bolted on after your IT team raises the question. The strategy call is 30 minutes. We look at one specific manual process and map out what automation would take.
